Want to keep brain healthy?

             "Healthy brain is the sign of healthy body."


We care for each and every materialistic thing in this world. We care for our expenses. We care for our earnings. We care for our face. We care for our time. We care for our hair, car, our motorbike and so on. 

The one and the only thing through which all the tasks are to be performed is left alone and not cared of. Obviously, this one and only thing is our "Brain."

It is well known fact and it also implies to me that the thing which is readily available to us we take it for granted. 

Obviously, if we have water to drink, then what? Everybody have it. If we have our family with us, so what everybody have it. If we have the internet connection, so what? Everbody have it.

But everybody don't have it!

This is the way our thinking moves on which totally need to be replenished and restored.

When these things which are readily available to you at this particular moment, if taken away, then only we will understand its value and not before or after that.

Here is what is similar in the case of brain.

To keep the brain healthy understand its worth.

So, when your stomach is empty you need to feed it with the food. Right? Then, when your brain in empty you also need to feed it. 

Now, which things are to be feeded in brain to keep it healthy? You need to be very conscious with this very thing because your brain gives the output of the things that are inserted into it.

1. READING = FEEDING

    Be specific with the things you read and make sure they must guide you to follow the path of your destination. 

Once Robin Sharma, the author of The Greatness Guide, asked one person that how and when do he read? He replied that when do I not read? He said, that whenever I get time in the morning, evening or at night I like to feed my brain with nice things.

Making your brain learn new things helps it to remain young, healthy and productive for longer duration of time.

2. BOUNDARYLESS BRAIN

     Don't but boundaries in your brain. If you are ready to put boundaries in your brain, then your brain will be ready to put boundaries in your life and goals to be achieved. 

It is as simple as it looks. 

Let your brain reward you. Let it make the exposure of creativity. Trust your brain that it is beyond any boundary line in this world.

Similar was the case with Thomas Edison who invented the light to lighten up the earth at night. If he would have put the boundary in his brain that anything like light does not exsist then we would have never been sitting under light at night.

3. DAYDREAMS
   
    "Believe your brain can do the thing you want."

 Let the brain perform that thing with the courage of taking little steps. Meaning take a tiny short step and let the brilliance inact in you.

This is how you can allow the brilliance to grace your brain.

4. EXERCISE

   Studies have proven that exercising for only 30 minutes a day and that also only for 5 days a week helps to keep your brain healthy and to work effectively in any field.

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor, a chemical is released in your brain while you exercise which in response releases fertilizers and also increases the growth of neuroconnections and new brain cells.

And, this will allow you to learn better while increasing your memory power.

5. MEETING PEOPLE 

  Studies have proven that meeting people that makes you laugh and feel happy increases the level of trust and bonding.

And, when you develop the level of trust and bonding then it is easy to share the problems with that person which actually reduces the stress level in your brain and makes it feel light.

6. DON'T HESITATE TO LEARN

    Scientific studies say that when we learn something new, our brain adapts to the changing environment to the process of learning which releases the harmone called dopamine, the harmone of joy which makes our brain feel happy and fresh.
